A professional stylist for over 13 years, Monica McKnight specializes in fashion, product, and food styling for print, television, film, and live events. Her portfolio comprises a diverse collection of national advertising campaigns, editorial features and books, retail catalogues, and in-store merchandise displays.
Formerly a senior stylist at Macy's West, McKnight's talents include collaborating the creative goals of art and creative directors with the needs of merchants, coordinating and styling several photo shoots simultaneously, and managing teams of stylists and assistants. Clients include Nokia, Mervyn's, Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Armanino Foods, and Bon Appétit.
A Telly Awards recipient for Macy's Spring 2003 Campaign and honored member of the Californian College of the Arts' Presidents Circle, Monica received a Bachelors in Fine Arts in painting and film with distinction from the California College of the Arts.
Outside of photo shoots and meetings with creative directors, Monica creates collages and hand-crafted designs, and leads personal styling workshops in the San Francisco area, where she currently resides with her husband and daughter.
